SDHI Symposium and Workshop – 6th October 2015

SDHI is hosting an interdisciplinary and interprofessional Symposium and Workshop entitled ‘Health, Human Rights and Development’ on Tuesday 6 October from 1.45pm-4.45pm at the University of Dundee. The purpose of the afternoon is to explore health and wellbeing in the context of human rights and national and international development. We will bring together expertise from the Universities in Dundee and St Andrews with additional national and international guests and representatives for government, NGOs and the health care sector.

To set the scene around key human rights instruments and research linked to the focal areas of human rights we are planning to have short 5-10 min presentations followed by a breakout working groups session.  If you would be interested in presenting and/or attending please let us know –
